These classes will utilize the methodology of DanceAbility International, a compilation of tools and approaches to teach dance classes that invite the participation of all people. The purpose of DanceAbility classes is to give participants an opportunity to use movement for self expression and communication with one another, as well as presence and engagement with the community we live in.
